In our sustainable communities, we integrate high-density vertical parking capabilities to improve land use and profitability.

To support the integration of electric vehicles and prepare for a future of autonomous mobility, s2e Technologies partnered with Seoul-based parking structure pioneer, DYPC, to offer a new solution for vehicular parking.

By condensing the space needed to accommodate cars using a vertical orientation, parking providers can improve land use and ROI, while providing customers with a safer and more accessible parking option. In addition, electric vehicle charging capabilities are available and require only one connection with the tower, rather than single connections across multiple parking spaces.

Our innovative, low-footprint approach to parking can enhance profitability and community appeal by freeing up land for other uses.
