Grid-ScaleSolar

Grand Renewable Solar

We co-developed the largest contiguous photovoltaic solar power project in Canada.

Located in Haldimand County, Ontario, the system includes 450,000 solar modules over 736 acres of contiguous land. This grid-scale solar installation is capable of producing enough electricity to power up to 17,000 homes.

The project was developed and financed in partnership with Samsung; Canadian Solar; Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure, Six Nations of the Grand River, and CarbonFree Technologies. While we sold our minority stake in the project in 2017, we’re proud to have been a part of this innovative project.
